<p><p><b>Description : title : </b> Systems Analyst</p><br/><br/><p><b>Detailed job description - Overall purpose : </b></p><p><br/></p><p> The Systems Analyst is responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing information solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity.</p><br/><br/><p>This role acts as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions by understanding user requirements, evaluating existing systems, and proposing enhancements or new : </b></p><br/><br/><p>- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.</p><br/><br/><p>- Analyse current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or automation.</p><br/><br/><p>- Design new IT solutions, modify or enhance existing systems, and ensure alignment with business goals.</p><br/><br/><p>- Liaise with third parties and other IT staff to ensure system solutions are delivered effectively.</p><br/><br/><p>- Conduct feasibility studies, prepare system documentation, and develop system models (e.g., data flow diagrams).</p><br/><br/><p>- Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities.</p><br/><br/><p>- Train system users and provide support during and after implementation.</p><br/><br/><p>- Monitor proactively system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.</p><br/><br/><p>- Maintain the system administration</p><br/><br/><p>- Produce metrics from the system and create any gaps through our business intelligence tools.</p><br/><br/><p>- Stay up to date with technological developments and recommend new solutions or improvements.</p><br/><br/><p>- Look to identify end of life, ageing systems</p><br/><br/><p>- Continue to support mobilisation implementations as well as project implementations to maintain overall visibility of change in the team.</p><br/><br/><p>- End to end ownership and drive of the system analytics delivery</p><br/><br/><p>- Create reporting packs for the C suite re processes, data, interfaces and : </b></p><br/><br/><p>- Experience with databases, data analysis, and systems integration.</p><br/><br/><p>- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.</p><br/><br/><p>- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).</p><br/><br/><p>- Certification in business analysis or systems analysis (e.g., CBAP, IIBA.
