<p><b>What You'll Do :</b><br/><br/>- Overview of the product architecture and technical leadership<br/><br/>- Actively seek, evaluate, and influence architecture decisions and technology roadmap.<br/><br/>- Helping creatively solve business problems by supporting the necessary platform infrastructure<br/><br/>- Be the go-to person for infrastructure, security and technology stack in general<br/><br/>- Be in touch with current frameworks and be influential in all choices related to backend technology choices<br/><br/>- Contribute to ideation, proposals for secure custom integrations, and customer-facing solutions and help with implementation.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to determine best practices and requirements for software<br/><br/>- Lead by example with a strong sense of feature ownership, agility and an urge for continuous learning<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace<br/><br/>- Maintain product architecture documentation, illustrations and guidelines<br/><br/><b>The experience you need :</b><br/><br/>- 10+ years of professional software design and development with hands on back-end implementation experience<br/><br/>- Experience with more than one programming language like Java, NodeJS with backend and frontend frameworks is required<br/><br/>- Experience in designing low-latency and highly scalable backend infrastructure<br/><br/>- Experience with designing systems with Kubernetes or other open source container orchestration system<br/><br/>- Strong programming skills in designing and implementing multi-tier applications<br/><br/>- RESTful API & micro-service design and development, event-driven architecture experience<br/><br/>- Proficiency working in Linux environment<br/><br/>- Strong Software development fundamentals, architecture styles and patterns and problem solving skills<br/><br/>- Good understanding and experience with web applications, cyber security and open source technologies<br/><br/>- Exposure to vulnerability and penetration testing<br/><br/>- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills and attention to detail<br/><br/>- Experience with creating architectural diagrams and design documentation using UML<br/><br/>- Experience overseeing product development with multiple projects ongoing simultaneously<br/><br/>- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is required<br/><br/>- Awareness of tools and techniques to achieve network security, data protection and business continuity<br/><br/>- A postgraduate or bachelors degree in computer science or software systems<br/><br/>Nice-to-haves :<br/><br/>- Professional programs certification in Java and others is preferred<br/><br/>- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP environment<br/><br/>- Familiarity with YAML/Swagger<br/><br/>- A good sense of user experience<br/><br/><b>Why you want to Work with Us :</b><br/><br/>- Great Company Culture.
