The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and visualizations that transform raw data into actionable insights to support business :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, develop, and deploy interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and data engineers to understand data needs and translate them into visual solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Converting English dashboards to Hindi Dashboards<br/><br/></p><p>- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop complex calculations, parameters, and filters to support dynamic dashboards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize performance of Tableau dashboards and troubleshoot any data or visualization issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain and support Tableau Server or Tableau Online environment, including publishing and scheduling reports.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL Server, Excel, cloud databases, APIs).<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay up-to-date with Tableau features and best practices to continuously improve BI :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with data blending, joins, and data source optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of data governance and security practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
