<p>Location - Remote.<br/><br/> Experience: 4 to 6 years post MBA from Tier-1 MBA school.<br/><br/> Reports to : AVP Learning & Strategy.<br/><br/> About Us:<br/><br/>- At TalentGum, we specialize in providing world-class extracurricular learning experiences for children aged 5-14 years across music, dance, chess, and public speaking.<br/><br/>- We're on a mission to make learning creative skills fun, accessible, and impactful for kids across the globe.<br/><br/> Role Overview:<br/><br/>- The Curriculum Strategy Head will lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of high-quality curricula across all learning programs.<br/><br/>- This role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts, instructional designers, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure the curriculum is engaging, outcome-driven, and aligned with educational standards and learner needs.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/> Curriculum Strategy & Planning :<br/><br/>- Define and drive the overall curriculum vision, strategy, and roadmap.<br/><br/>- Ensure curriculum aligns with pedagogical goals, market expectations, and learner outcomes.<br/><br/> Curriculum Development :<br/><br/>- Oversee the development of lesson plans, learning materials, assessments, and teacher guides across multiple subjects or categories.<br/><br/>- Design learner-centric, interactive, and progressive content for both online and offline formats.<br/><br/> Team Leadership & Collaboration:<br/><br/>- Lead and mentor a team of curriculum developers, content writers, and subject matter experts.<br/><br/>- Facilitate training and upskilling of the curriculum team on pedagogy and design tools.<br/><br/> Quality Assurance & Review :<br/><br/>- Ensure all content meets quality benchmarks, including accuracy, age-appropriateness, engagement, and inclusivity.<br/><br/>- Regularly review and revise curriculum based on learner feedback, academic results, and evolving standards.<br/><br/> Stakeholder Coordination :<br/><br/>- Collaborate with marketing, operations, category, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution of curriculum initiatives.<br/><br/>- Interface with external educators and consultants when needed.<br/><br/> Innovation & Research :<br/><br/>- Stay updated with the latest in education technology, pedagogy, and global curriculum trends.<br/><br/>- Introduce innovative teaching-learning methodologies and tools to enhance content delivery.<br/><br/> Key Requirements:<br/><br/>- MBA from Tier-1.<br/><br/>- 4-6 years of experience in consulting or program management with at least 2 years in leading projects and teams.<br/><br/>- Understanding of learning theories, instructional design, and digital content creation is preferred; experience with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia content development is a plus.<br/><br/>- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.<br/><br/>- Passion for education and learner success.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
