<p>Position : Analytics Sales.<br/><br/> Location : Mumbai.<br/><br/> Industry : IT Software.<br/><br/> Experience Required : 4-10 Years.<br/><br/> Role Overview:<br/><br/>- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Analytics Sales to lead business growth in the assigned region.<br/><br/>- The role involves driving sales of analytics solutions, managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and leading a regional sales team to achieve revenue targets.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Drive sales strategy and business development for analytics products and solutions in the region.<br/><br/>- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities across industries (BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers.<br/><br/>- Understand client business challenges and position analytics solutions (BI, Data Warehousing, AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, etc.

) to meet their needs.<br/><br/>- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle - prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, closure, and account management.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to create compelling solution demonstrations and proposals.<br/><br/>- Track competition and market trends to align business strategies accordingly.<br/><br/>- Manage and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring achievement of individual and team targets.<br/><br/>- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to senior management.<br/><br/> Required Qualifications & Skills:<br/><br/>- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).<br/><br/>- 4-12 years of sales experience in IT / Analytics / SaaS solutions.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of data analytics, BI, AI/ML, cloud-based analytics platforms, and digital transformation.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, presentation, and CXO-level engagement skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple accounts, and work in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/>- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
