  Consulting Tech and Digital team supports the practice by collaborating with all functional areas and enabling technology and digital solutions that optimize resource and financial performance, minimize risk, and enhance the talent and client experience.
  The Operations Director role serves on the CS Tech and Digital leadership team, providing leadership to operational functions supported from RSM US India.
Focus areas include - Strategic Initiative Leadership, Practice Optimization and Enablement, and Organizational Standardization.
In this capacity, the Operations Director is accountable to ensure alignment to US based operations, hiring a team, creating and overseeing processes that will be an integrated extension of the US based operations.

  Support and ExecutionPartner strategically with CS Tech & Digital leadership team to drive successful execution of consutling support and initiativesParticipate in setting direction, making decisions, develop implementation plans and performance measurements for the success of assigned initiativesProvide management oversight to strategic and tactical imperatives  Initiative OversightCommunication to Consulting leaders, service line operations leads and other appropriate individuals on decisions, critical initiative components and articulation of how the process will be modificed or enhanced to incorporate new initiative.Continually identify, assess, monitor and communicate the issues and risks of a project/activity to the appropriate stakeholders Provide interim hands-on leadership, management and oversight to troubled initiatives on an as-needed basis  Performance AnalysisDevelop, generate and / or utilize performance reports and systems to perform detailed analysis on an as needed basis, summarizing findings and improvement recommendations to Consulting Tech & Digital Leadership and / or other stakeholders   Organizational Standardization  - Practices | Policies | Process | Effectiveness
  Collaborate and partner with CS Tech & Digital Leaders to provide support to:
  Consulting practice process development, execution, support and oversightWork with Tech & Digital Leaders to scope, build business justification for, design and execute new USI-based support functions as practice needs expand and evolveIdentification and development of best practices and process improvements to ensure effective and efficient services are provided and contribute to the overall success of the firm.Direct projects, tasks, and risks ensuring quality and consistent support and products.  Standard Operating ProceduresDevelop and implement standard operating procedures for all operational processesUpdate standard operating procedures as process improvements are implemented  Operational EffectivenessProvide ongoing operational process oversight and monitoring of process adherence and effectivenessDevelop and implement process improvements focused on operational effectiveness and efficiency  Process ImprovementRecommend and develop operational process improvement iniatives in support of the business strategy  CollaborationPartner with assigned Consulting Leader, consulting team, and internal departments (human resources, sales, marketing, finance, legal, NORM, etc.) to develop, implement and maintain efficient and effective operational support processes  Performs other duties as assigned   EDUCATION 
  Bachelor degree required  MBA preferred   TECHNICAL SKILLS 
  Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, particularly excel, word, power point, Outlook  Visio required  Financial analysis   SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO JOB

  Eight to ten years experience working with management level individuals.  Minimum of five years experience working in a professional services firm; consulting preferred  Five to seven years working in an operations function  Previous experience in managing others in a inter-country team environment – direct or indirectly  Experience in navigating in a matrix reporting environment solving/resolving complex issues   LEADERSHIP SKILLS
