                         About the Role Engineering Manager Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and direct engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
- Develop and implement engineering processes, standards, and best practices to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance to align technical efforts with business objectives.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring projects stay within scope and cost constraints.
- Oversee research and development activities to innovate and improve products, systems, or processes.
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and upper management, translating complex technical details into business terms.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges, removing roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor team workload and productivity, recommending and implementing training or process improvements as needed.
Required Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in engineering roles with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.

- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.

- Familiarity with engineering tools, software development lifecycle, and quality assurance processes.
