<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><br/><p><b>About Us :</b></p><br/><p>Talpro is leading the way in transforming the talent acquisition landscape.</p><br/><p>We deliver innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective recruitment solutions tailored to todays business needs.</p><br/><p>Our mission is to offer comprehensive hiring strategies that address immediate recruitment demands while laying the groundwork for long-term success.</p><br/><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><br/><p><b>Role :</b> Tech Lead (Support Projects)</p><br/><p>- Engineer will be responsible for implementation and configuration of Products on Hadoop, docker , ansible.</p><br/><p>- Responsible for software performance measurement, analysis and tuning in a data center environment.</p><br/><p>- Configuring, administering, monitoring, debugging, and tuning applications, clustered across several/single platforms, Analysing applications and code and making performance-tuning recommendations to developers.</p><br/><p>- Expecting knowledge of Linux shell script</p><br/><p>- Engineer will be responsible for Installation of standard products like Linux, Oracle, Jboss, Tomcat, and Apache along with Sterlite products.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- He should be able to do configuration and fine-tuning of parameters to provide stability and performance of the system.</p><br/><p>- Engineer will be responsible for maintaining servers and should be able to control the server's start up/shutdown.</p><br/><p>- Should be self-sufficient to find and fix application/system related issues</p><br/><p>- Team Player, with the level of dedication and commitment.</p><br/><p>- Person should be open to work in 16-5 Shifts.</p><br/><p>- Understand functional and technical requirements as specified in the requirement documents</p><br/><p>- Conduct Acceptance Tests with the customer.</p><br/><p>- Report progress of assigned activities to the Solution Architect and CPM.</p><br/><p>- Do competence development of self in new solution areas & certification.</p><br/><p>- Investigate and owns the resolution of chronic service problems with undetermined root causes ensuring best service stability and performance.</p><br/><p>- Define & manage service improvement plans for KPIs that are at risk of failing their target and interfacing with Planning & Engineering for proactive optimization.</p><br/><p><b>Skill Requirement :</b></p><br/><p>- Good Oral and written documentation skills</p><br/><p>- 7 or more years of data strategy and architecture related experience</p><br/><p>- Expert in SQL programming AND Hands-on experience in Python</p><br/><p>- Experience with traditional ETL integration tools as well as more modern real-time messaging/integration platforms</p><br/><p>- 4-6 years of experience in Scripting Language (Linux, SQL, Python).</p><br/><p>- Good Knowledge of Linux, Monitoring tools.</p><br/><p>- Hands-on experience on mediation.</p><br/><p>- Very good Knowledge and experience in Installation, Configuration, System Performance tuning, and troubleshooting of LINUX/UNIX, Apache, JBoss, Tomcat.</p><br/><p>- Telecom Networks, Linux, Network Implementation, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Tomcat</p><br/><p>- Good Analytical and logical skills.</p><br/><p>- Good understanding of Telecom Domain.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of Docker/Kubernetes/Ansible experts.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of network configuration, devices, protocols, speeds, and optimizations</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of the Java ecosystem including debugging, logging, monitoring, and profiling tools</p><br/><p>- Minimum experience of 6-9 years in Managing and Supporting large-scale environment.</p><br/><p>- Excellent verbal and written communications</p><br/><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
