                <p><p><b>Assistant Manager  6-9 Years</p><p><br/><b>Location:</b> Bhilai</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Job brief</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of HR experience, with a strong background in business partnering.
The Assistant Manager HRBP will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, providing strategic HR support, and driving HR initiatives to ensure the achievement of business goals.</p><p><br/></p><p><p><b>Roles and  Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and align HR strategies to support the business objectives.</p><p><br/>- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries and concerns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.<br/><br/></p><p>- Assist in the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide support in salary reviews, promotions, and reward programs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare regular reports on HR activities and present findings to senior management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage risk by identifying potential HR-related issues and implementing preventative  and skills</b></p><p><br/></p>- 6-9 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
