- DevOps & Cloud Implementation:
- Manage and support the DevOps process to ensure smooth integration and delivery pipelines.

- 12+ years of total experience in IT, with significant hands-on experience in software development and architecture.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Strong background in backend development, cloud-based infrastructure, and DevOps.
- Proficiency in designing HLD and LLD to guide the development of complex systems.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams to successful project delivery.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
- A proven track record of delivering projects in a billable (client-facing) role.
- Compliance & Security Knowledge:
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance architectures like data storage, metadata management, and change management.
- Billable Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating IT processes and business functions: Suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Architectural Design: Create business architecture models that reflect organizational goals and strategies.
