<p><p><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>Mindsprint is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Full Stack Engineering.
This role is perfect for a technology leader who can balance architectural design with hands-on coding, while mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
You will drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and modern enterprise applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Own the technical design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular/React.<br/><br/>- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable full stack solutions.<br/><br/>- Lead Low-Level Design (LLD) discussions and provide technical guidance to senior and junior engineers.<br/><br/>- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices, performance optimization, and security standards.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.<br/><br/>- Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.<br/><br/>- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, introducing innovations where appropriate.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 8- 12 years of software engineering experience with proven expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.<br/><br/>- Strong frontend development experience in Angular or React with solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills.<br/><br/>- Hands-on with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Event-driven architectures.<br/><br/>- Strong database skills (both SQL & NoSQL).<br/><br/>- Cloud experience on AWS / Azure / GCP.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of application security and remediation strategies.<br/><br/>- Experience with security frameworks such as OAuth2, JWT, SSO, Keycloak.<br/><br/>- Solid knowledge of software design patterns, system design principles, and coding best practices.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
