Job description

We are seeking a multi-skilled, multi-faceted Technical Architect with a deep expertise in Large Language models, Generative AI, but also with Full-Stack Cloud Native Application Development and Cloud Engineering, to join our dynamic product development team.


As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in developing strategic platforms, cutting-edge products and innovative solutions for our clients, combining the power of LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI together with Cloud Solutions and Cloud Native Full Stack Application Development.


Your primary focus will be on defining technical architecture and solution design, for bespoke product development, to build creative and impactful solutions, that enhance our product portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong architecture background and a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology, as well as rapidly learning new skills and technology on the job.

The ideal candidate will also combine product development and cloud architecture skills with modern and emerging Generative AI and LLM Solution Architecture and Design skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Architecture for cloud solutions and cloud-native app development
  • Technical Architecture for full-stack application development and bespoke product development
  • Lead the translation of business and product requirements to technical architectures, that balance concerns around architecture quality and scalability, vs.

    cost-effectiveness, maintainability, and being fit-for-purpose
  • Collaborate with multiple senior technology and engineering stakeholders to help shape, define, refine, validate, review and optimize proposed architectures
  • Collaborate with solution architects, development leads, full-stack developers, engineers, and quality engineers, to develop and integrate solutions into existing enterprise products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate client requirements and rapidly translate them into working solutions.
  • Use well-architected best practices to shape and validate proposed solutions
  • Guide the solution design for scalable AI-enabled products, cloud-native apps and cloud solutions.
  • Lead the technical delivery of applications involving Cloud Platforms, Cloud Native Apps, and Cloud AI Services
  • Lead the solution tech design and adoption of appropriate design patterns and best practices, across all layers of the application stack – including front-end, back-end, APIs, data and AI services
  • Design enterprise products and full-stack applications on the MERN stack, with clear separation of concerns across layers
  • Design web apps and solutions that leverage LLM models, and Generative AI workflows
  • Leverage Multi modal AI capabilities supporting all content types and modalities, including text, imagery, audio, speech and video
  • Constantly Research and explore emerging trends and techniques in the field of generative AI and LLMs to stay at the forefront of innovation.
  • Lead product development and delivery within tight timelines
  • Be hands-on with code, and help lead hands-on dev PoCs to validate new ideas, shape new solutions, and provide direction to the Dev team.

    • Skills and Competencies:

    Must-Have capabilities:

  • Strong Expertise in architecting and designing full-stack applications using the MERN stack (JavaScript) including client-side and server-side JavaScript
  • Strong Expertise in architecting and designing full-stack applications using Python based development, including Python Apps for LLM integration
  • Well-rounded in both programming languages and key design patterns for both
  • Prior Experience of leading solution design across front-end and back-end development
  • Prior Solution Design Experience across Data Processing, Data Integration, API integration, Enterprise Systems Integration, and Workflow Design
  • Prior Solution Design Experience with Scaled Gen-AI solutions in Production, including the use of LLMs and Multi modal AI.
  • JavaScript / MERN stack - competencies :Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in designing and building Full-Stack MERN apps, using both client-side and server-side JavaScriptStrong solution design experience across Front-End Web Apps and Front-End Web Development, particularly apps built on React.jsStrong solution design experience with API Definition and Design, API Best Practices, Micro Services Architecture best practices and micro services solution designHands-on with Node.js and related server-side JavaScript frameworks – including Express.js, and Nest.jsHands-on experience with deploying full stack MERN apps to a cloud platform such as AzureHands-on working experience with Server-side JavaScript Frameworks for building Domain-driven Micro Services, including Nest.js and Express.jsHands-on working experience with BFF frameworks such as GraphQLHands-on working experience with API Management and API Gateways
  • Gen-AI / LLM Apps with Python – competencies :Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in designing and building Python based apps and solutionsMinimum 2+ years hands-on experience in designing scaled Gen-AI solutions with LLMs and LLM modelsStrong experience with designing for custom data solutions in Python, including the design of data processing pipelines + data workflows, and integrating customer + enterprise datasets, to augment LLM knowledgeSolid Experience with designing scaled end-to-end RAG pipelines using advanced pre-processing, chunking, embedding and ranking techniques, to ground LLMs and enhance LLM output qualitySolid Experience with designing LLM Pipelines that incorporate both structured and unstructured datasets, curated from various sourcesGood Experience with designing AI-enabled workflows, that leverage AI and LLM models to drive automation, including content automation, creative automation, and even business workflow automationGood Experience with designing for AI Orchestration workflows, that orchestrate across multiple tools, platforms and services to facilitate an end-to-end creative or content processHands-on Experience with Conversational AI solutions and chat-driven experiencesHands-on Experience with multiple LLMs and models –GPT-4o, GPT o1, and o3 mini, Google, Gemini, Claude Sonnet, etc.Experience and Expertise in Cloud Gen-AI platforms, services, and APIs, primarily Azure OpenAI, and preferably also AWS Bedrock, and/or GCP Vertex AI.Credible Experience with designing solutions that leverage AI Assistants and the use of Assistants and threaded messages in orchestrating with LLMsHands-on Experience working with AI Agents and Agent Services.Hands-on Experience with building Agentic AI workflows that enable iterative improvement of outputHands-on Experience in guiding the evaluation of AI outputs, and improving AI outputs.

  • Multi Modal AI – competencies :Solution Design Experience with intelligent document processing and document indexing + document content extraction pipelinesSolution Design Experience with using Multi modal AI models and solutions for Imagery and Visual Creative, including the use of LoRA models.Solution Design Experience with Computer Vision and Image Processing using Multi-modal AISolution Design Experience with using Multi modal AI for Speech – including Text to Speech, and Custom Speech training.Solution Design Experience with leveraging third-party / partner APIs to orchestrate across many Multi Modal AI models
  • Ability to lead a group of development leads, for the delivery of Full-Stack MERN Apps and Products/Solutions, built on top of LLMs and LLM models.

  • MERN Stack and Cloud-Native App Dev :Hands-on working experience working with a Federated Graph architectureExperience working with container apps and containerized environmentsHands-on working experience with Web Components and Portable UI components
  • Python / ML LLM / Gen-AI App Dev :Hands-on experience with both Single-Agent and Multi-Agent Orchestration solutions and frameworksHands-on experience with different Agent communication and chaining patternsAbility to leverage LLMs for Reasoning and Planning workflows, that enable higher order “goals” and automated orchestration across multiple apps and toolsAbility to leverage Graph Databases and “Knowledge Graphs” as an alternate method / replacement of Vector Databases, for enabling more relevant semantic querying and outputs via LLM models.Good Background with Machine Learning solutionsGood foundational understanding of Transformer ModelsSome Experience with custom ML model development and deployment is desirable.Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, or Keras.
