<p><p><b>About the Role :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking a hands-on Technical Architect with a strong foundation in system design, software engineering best practices, and scalable architecture.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate should be proficient in at least two modern programming languages Java, Node.js, or Python and have proven experience leading end-to-end architecture of complex enterprise or SaaS products.<br/><br/>Exposure to AI/ML systems or data-driven architectures will be a significant advantage.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Architect & Design scalable, secure, and high-performing systems across cloud and on-prem environments.<br/><br/>- Lead technical design reviews and ensure architectural integrity across projects and teams.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Product, DevOps, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering best practices in design, code quality, and performance optimization.<br/><br/>- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and architectural patterns aligned with business goals.<br/><br/>- Ensure non-functional excellence in security, reliability, observability, and maintainability.<br/><br/>- Drive modernization initiatives, including microservices, containerization, and event-driven architecture.<br/><br/>- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging trends in AI/ML, automation, and scalable infrastructure.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- Strong expertise in at least two of the following :<br/><br/>1.
Java (Spring Boot, Microservices).<br/><br/>2.
Node.js (Express, Nest.js).<br/><br/>3.
Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask).<br/><br/>- Proven experience in architecting distributed systems, RESTful and GraphQL APIs.<br/><br/>- Hands-on understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of databases both relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch).<br/><br/>- Exposure to AI/ML pipeline integration, vector databases, or data engineering workflows is a plus.<br/><br/>- Excellent command of software design principles, DDD, and system decomposition.<br/><br/>- Experience with event-driven architecture, message queues, and API gateway management.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/>- Prior experience as Tech Lead or Architect in a product or platform team.<br/><br/>- Experience with scalable data systems, AI-assisted applications, or ML model deployment pipelines.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
