<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Technical Architect (.NET)</p><br/><p><b>Job Description : </b></p><br/><p>We are looking for a talented and experienced Cloud .Net Architect to join our growing team.

As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, robust, secure, and efficient solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, including BA, PM, IT Head, Technology leader and development teams, to gather requirements, define architecture, implement key components and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in architecting complex projects.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>- Understands the IT strategies & the enterprise architecture direction, business needs and identifies the relevant technical, data and application architectures required to meet these needs.</p><br/><p>- Contributes to the improvement of IT architecture processes like blueprint (future state) definition, architecture guideline definition and project definition.</p><br/><p>- Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business objectives, IT Strategy, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.</p><br/><p>- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and standards.</p><br/><p>- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations to improve system performance, security, reliability, usability and maintainability.</p><br/><p>- Develop architectural documentation, including system diagrams, specifications, and guidelines, standards, to support project delivery and future maintenance.</p><br/><p>- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, & tools to meet project needs.</p><br/><p>- Demonstrate working knowledge of architecture tools like Visio or other enterprise architecture tools to create and manage all architecture artifacts.</p><br/><p>- Lead proof-of-concept efforts and perform technical feasibility studies to validate solutions.</p><br/><p>- Develop solutions addressing non-functional requirements, focusing on scalability, performance, security, availability (HA/DR), and resiliency (RTO/RPO).</p><br/><p>- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for their application within the organization.</p><br/><p>- Identify technical risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.</p><br/><p>- Utilize various cloud services & open-source tools to define architectural components for cross technology, domain & authentication and global enterprise applications & products.</p><br/><p>- Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.</p><br/><p>- Design and implement CI/CD pipeline, define quality gates & ensure 100% code coverage.</p><br/><p>- Work with IT teams to set up new application architecture requirements.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><br/><p>- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</p><br/><p>- Proven track record of 5+ years in a solution architect role with an overall experience of 12+ years.</p><br/><p>- Strong experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, distributed, and high-performance systems using cloud platform & services.</p><br/><p>- Proficiency in designing complex solutions using Microsoft .NET tech stack.</p><br/><p>- Experience in Entity framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core 8, Web/REST API, APIM, Azure App Services, gRPC, GraphQL etc.</p><br/><p>- Deep knowledge and experience with relational databases SQL Server /Oracle Database, NoSQL, MongoDB, COSMOS DB, LINQ, Blog/Table Storage etc.</p><br/><p>- Strong experience with source control systems, CI/CD & agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and supporting projects through the development lifecycle.</p><br/><p>- Experience in integration with AAD, CISAM, DEX 365 and other enterprise systems.</p><br/><p>- Experience in implementing SSO in Web and WebAPI application using OAuth or OIDC, JWT.</p><br/><p>- Experience with front-end development using bootstraps, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, and modern libraries/frameworks etc.</p><br/><p>- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.</p><br/><p>- Good experience in designing & implementing custom solutions for complex environments with global enterprise applications and various trending products.</p><br/><p>- Hands-on experience with various architecture design patterns & principles like OOD, MVC, event driven, domain driven, CQRS, MediatR, SOLID, microservices architecture & containerization technologies such as Docker & Kubernetes.</p><br/><p>- Should have experience in working with any of the messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka or Azure Service Bus.</p><br/><p>- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Strong ability to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions, and break down technical requirements into actionable steps.</p><br/><p>- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p><br/><p>- Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail, especially in translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring accuracy in documentation.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Skills : </b></p><br/><p>- Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF, Microsoft Certified :
