<p><p>Looking candidates with B1 visa and who is ready to travel to onsite.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Job Description :<br/></b><br/><b>Architecture & Design :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Define and maintain the application architecture vision across .NET and Angular platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that meet business and technical requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the selection of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create high-level and detailed design documents including data flow diagrams, component diagrams, and integration strategies.<br/><br/><b>Development Leadership :</b></p><p><p><br/></p>- Oversee full-stack development efforts using .NET Core/Framework and Angular.<br/><br/></p><p>- Guide and mentor development teams on coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.<br/><br/><b>Stakeholder Collaboration :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical leadership during project planning, estimation, and execution phases.<br/><br/><b>Performance & Optimization :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks and technical debt.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement monitoring and logging strategies to maintain system health.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in an architect role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in :</p><p><br/>1.

SQL Server / Oracle<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- Certifications in Microsoft technologies or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Architect).<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>Our most successful candidates will have :</p><p><br/>- Graduation / Post Graduation in Science / Engineering.<br/><br/></p><p>- Overall 3 to 5 years of experience in Front End development with minimum of 2 years of experience in Angular.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent skills in JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good working exposure with REST API.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Node JS and frameworks available for it.<br/><br/></p><p>- Cordova/Ionic/React Native will be an added advantage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Very strong knowledge in object-oriented concepts & design patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good communication skills & good team player.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrable abilities to optimize code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Focus on quality & ability to perform code reviews.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to guide other team members on technical front.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
