<p><p>As a Salesforce Technical Architect at Horizontal Digital, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions for our clients.
Youll be responsible for technical architecture across the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring that solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
<br/><br/>This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In this role, youll guide development teams while actively participating in technical design, solution reviews, and delivery.
</p><p><br/></p><p>Youll collaborate across functional, technical, integration, and data workstreams, and communicate solution choices clearly to both business and IT stakeholders.
</p><p><br/></p><p>This role requires strong Salesforce technical and system integration expertise, along with a mindset focused on learning and continuous improvement.
<br/><br/><b>What youll do :</b> <br/><br/></p><p>- Design and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, and industry-specific clouds <br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional leads to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions <br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate and design integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware <br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards for scalability, security, and performance <br/><br/></p><p>- Guide development teams through design reviews, best practices, and code quality oversight <br/><br/></p><p>- Define API standards and data models to support a well-architected approach <br/><br/></p><p>- Support pre-sales activities through solutioning, effort estimation, and architecture advisory <br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain technical documentation including ERDs, sequence diagrams, and architecture blueprints <br/><br/><b>Who you are :</b> <br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce technical architectures <br/><br/></p><p>- Comfortable working directly with clients to shape technical solutions aligned with business goals <br/><br/></p><p>- Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to both business and technical stakeholders <br/><br/></p><p>- Skilled in guiding and mentoring developers, and conducting code and design reviews <br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform limits, security model, deployment architecture, and performance considerations <br/><br/></p><p>- Strong background in integration approaches including RESTful APIs, middleware platforms, and batch/real-time interfaces <br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce release strategies <br/><br/><b>What you bring :</b> <br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of client-facing consulting experience with a focus on Salesforce architecture and solution design <br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of hands-on experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud <br/><br/></p><p>- Preferred experience with Data Cloud, Field Service, or Revenue Cloud <br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working within cross-functional project teams to understand requirements and deliver secure, scalable solutions <br/><br/></p><p>- Strong system documentation skills (ERDs, process flows, sequence diagrams, etc.) <br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated experience designing scalable integration patterns with external systems <br/><br/></p><p>- Required certifications: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and one or more Salesforce Architect domain certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) <br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in Agile project methodologies, including estimation and planning across multi-disciplinary teams<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
