<p>We are looking for a talented<b> Technical Certification Developer</b> to produce and maintain Certification and Assessment assets, perform operational processes, and be the primary point of contact between the Certification and Curriculum Development teams.</p> <p><b>What you get to do in this role:</b></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain Certification Exam Items to assess technical proficiency of the Now Platform.</li> <li>Map competencies in Certification Pools to terminal course objectives.</li> <li>Lead a training portfolio's Psychometric Analysis activities.</li> <li>Develop and maintain Certification Simulator Test Items.</li> <li>Develop and maintain Certification Test Prep eLearning videos.</li> <li>Develop and maintain Certification supporting documentation (e.g. Blueprints, course descriptions, and other specification docs).</li> <li>Develop and maintain Certification results reporting and analytics.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between the Certification and Curriculum Development teams.</li> <li style="margin-right:-6px">Establish relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop high quality and accurate Certification exam items and supporting assets.</li> <li>Adhere to timelines and schedules for product deliverables and maintain up to date and accurate project plans throughout the duration of the project.</li> <li>Review test items created by other item writers for quality and adherence to project standards and specifications.</li> <li>Pro-actively create/improve operational processes.</li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications</b></p> <p><b>To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:</b></p> <ul> <li class="CxSpMiddle">At least 2-5 years' of experience writing exam questions, answers, and distractors for use in various types of technical/software focused assessments.</li> <li class="CxSpMiddle">Excellent writing and editing skills, with a good understanding of English grammar and punctuation.</li> <li class="CxSpMiddle">Flexibility to work US hours (20-25 % of the work time)</li> <li class="CxSpMiddle">Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li class="CxSpMiddle">Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and work under tight deadlines.</li> <li class="CxSpMiddle">Communicate to stakeholders and team members with clear and detailed presentations, and ability to effectively lead productive meetings.</li> <li class="CxSpMiddle">Strong technical knowledge of web technologies and working in a SaaS environment.</li> <li class="CxSpMiddle">Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).</li> <li class="CxSpMiddle">Experience with the Pearson VUE and iTS platforms is a plus.</li> <li class="CxSpMiddle">Experience with the ServiceNow Platform is a plus.</li> <li class="CxSpMiddle">Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.</li> </ul>
