<p><p><b>Position Overview :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in .NET development and plugin creation to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM), focusing on enhancing functionality through Dynamics 365 Plugins, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, custom workflows, and web services.
You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Primary Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM<br/><br/></p><p>- C#<br/><br/></p><p>- .NET Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).</p><p><br/></p>- Build custom plugins, workflows, and actions using C#.<br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize Dynamics 365 Web API, RESTful services, FetchXML, and OData for data access and </p><p>manipulation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop PowerApps and create automation flows in Power Automate integrated with </p><p>Dataverse.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain applications using .NET Framework, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps for integration and automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create custom reports within Dynamics CRM.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver quality </p><p>solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- (Optional) Work with RSO (Resource Scheduling Optimization) in Dynamics CRM Field Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration, customization, and extension).</p><p><br/></p>- Proven expertise in plugin development (synchronous and asynchronous) and custom workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with web services and API integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience creating reports in Dynamics CRM.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>Nice to have :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Familiarity with Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.<br/><br/></p><p>- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM (Field Service) and PowerApps (preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to RSO in Dynamics CRM Field Service (plus point).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
