<p><p><b>Client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning Technical Developer</b> to design, develop, and implement advanced customizations within the Salesforce FSL platform.
This role involves Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and technical troubleshooting to deliver end-to-end field service solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, admins, and business teams to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable solutions.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) platform to meet complex business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop scalable and maintainable code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.<br/><br/></p><p>- Customize and configure key FSL components including the dispatcher console, mobile app, service appointments, work orders, and scheduling optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with solution architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and functional solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including proper handling of governor limits, security controls, and performance optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks within the Salesforce FSL environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and deployment processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and enhancements, particularly within FSL, to provide expert guidance on new features and capabilities.</p><br/><p><b>Requirements :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- 4- 6 years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years in Field Service Lightning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of FSL data model, dispatcher console, mobile app, and scheduling features.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with API integration (REST, SOAP) and middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques.<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; FSL Consultant certification preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
