<p><p><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead end-to-end delivery of Golang banking/payments backend system from design to deployment, ensuring speed, reliability, and compliance with banking regulations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor and guide junior developers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams<br/><br/><b>Education :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 7+ years of overall software development experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Golang (mandatory).
Proven experience building backend systems from scratch.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills (Mandatory) :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Backend Development : Golang expertise developing high-performance backend systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Databases : MongoDB (preferred) OR experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).<br/><br/></p><p>- Messaging Systems : NATS.io (preferred) OR Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ.<br/><br/></p><p>- API Protocols : gRPC (preferred) OR RESTful APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cline)<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).<br/><br/></p><p>- Frontend : Exposure in Angular, React, or similar frameworks<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory) :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Banking Domain Knowledge : ISO8583, ISO20022, ACH/WIRE, FedNow, RTP , Card Payments, Double-Entry Accounting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Cloud & DevOps : AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Nomad.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience in cloud-native architecture or Kubernetes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contributions to open-source Golang projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead a team of backend developers through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Golang.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design database schemas, optimize queries, and manage integrations with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and other relational databases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices for coding and design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify technical risks and devise mitigation strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies for backend development.<br/><br/><b>About company :</b></p><p><br/>We are a Banking Product Company, with a modern core banking platform and an embedded payments infrastructure.
