<p>We are looking for an experienced Technical Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, strong architectural skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers while collaborating closely with product, design, and QA teams.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Lead the full stack development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications.<br/><br/>- Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using modern server-side technologies.<br/><br/>- Design responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and best practices.<br/><br/>- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing development standards.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.<br/><br/>- Drive technical decisions, including selection of frameworks, libraries, and architecture patterns.<br/><br/>- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.<br/><br/>- Enforce security best practices across the application stack.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.<br/><br/>- Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and architecture diagrams.<br/><br/>Requirements :<br/><br/>- 8 to 10 years of experience in full stack development with a strong technical leadership background.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in front-end technologies such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or similar.<br/><br/>- Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.<br/><br/>- Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).<br/><br/>- Expertise in designing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/>- Knowledge of application security best practices and authentication mechanisms.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/>- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.<br/><br/>Preferred / Plus Skills :<br/><br/>- Exposure to AI/ML integration in applications.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability strategies.<br/><br/>- Experience with serverless architectures.<br/><br/>- Prior experience leading geographically distributed teams.<br/><br/>- Certification in cloud or full stack development (AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified, etc<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
