The ideal candidate will be an expert in container technologies, real-time data streaming, DevOps practices, and performance optimization.
You will play a key leadership role in architecting robust systems, guiding teams, and driving continuous improvement in both development and operational processes.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Design scalable enterprise-grade solutions using OpenShift, Kafka, and container-based architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead container migrations from legacy systems to modern, cloud-native infrastructure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure system performance, high availability, and security across enterprise platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take ownership of end-to-end architecture and DevOps integration, including CI/CD pipeline automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive compliance, governance, and best practices in deployment and release processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor development teams on performance tuning, observability, and sustainable coding strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and delivery </p><p>excellence.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate and implement tools for monitoring, alerting, and logging to improve operational visibility and reliability.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct technical reviews and performance audits to continuously enhance platform stability and speed.<br/><br/><b>Must-Have Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Proven experience designing scalable and secure solutions using OpenShift.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on expertise in Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven Strong background in containerization and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience leading container migrations, optimizing system performance, security, and availability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid knowledge of CI/CD automation, with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in DevOps practices, including infrastructure-as-code (IaC), continuous monitoring, and automated deployments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong mentoring skills and experience coaching teams on observability, tuning, and architectural best practices.<br/><br/><b>Good-to-Have Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of microservices and event-driven design patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on with monitoring tools Grafana, ELK Stack.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience implementing security best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Certification in Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Cloud platforms is a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
