<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p><br/>We are looking for a systems-driven and performance-focused Technical Lead/SDE-3 to build and scale the core backend infrastructure of Stable Money's fixed-income investment platform.
You will be responsible for designing distributed systems, writing high-performance code in Go or Java, and ensuring platform reliability through strong monitoring and CI/CD practices.
This role is critical to delivering a secure, scalable, and seamless experience for our users as we grow rapidly in the fintech space.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p><br/>- Design and implement scalable, distributed backend systems to power our investment products and APIs.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Write clean, efficient, and testable code in Go and/or Java following best practices in modularity and maintainability.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Own the end-to-end backend lifecycle from system design to deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Build robust infrastructure using AWS cloud services (e.
g., EC2 RDS, Lambda, S3 SQS).<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and repeatable deployments.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Monitor performance and system health using open-source observability tools such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and Alert Manager.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Diagnose production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes to ensure platform resilience.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams to ship high-quality features and improvements.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design sessions.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Contribute to engineering processes, internal tooling, and documentation to raise the bar on team productivity and product 8 - 10 years of experience building and scaling backend systems in a production environment.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Strong command of Go and/or Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented and concurrent programming concepts.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Proven experience designing and implementing distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services such as EC2 S3 RDS, Lambda, and SQS.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Familiarity with observability and monitoring stacks like Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, or equivalent tools.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Experience in setting up and optimising CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and caching solutions (e.
