<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (Backend) to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable backend systems.
You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure high performance, reliability, and security of our platforms.
This role requires strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally with product, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Lead and own backend architecture, design, and implementation for large-scale distributed systems.</p><p><br/>- Drive best practices in coding, architecture, design patterns, scalability, and performance tuning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor and guide backend engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure system reliability, availability, and security through proactive monitoring and improvements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to system and process improvements for faster and more efficient delivery cycles.<br/><br/><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/>- 7-12 years of backend development experience, with at least 2-3 years in a </p><p>leadership/mentorship role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js).<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid experience in system design, microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and distributed </p><p>architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching strategies, and message queues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and testing frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and leadership qualities.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
