<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead the team in enhancing the performance of applications close to native ones by removing constraints.<br/><br/>- Maintain codebase ensuring it is easily understandable and scalable.<br/><br/>- Develop and implement automated tests to ensure comprehensive test coverage.<br/><br/>- Oversee the implementation of pixel-perfect UIs that align with design specifications.<br/><br/>- Utilize native APIs for seamless integration across all platforms.<br/><br/>- Lead the migration of React Web Apps to React Native.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with team members to incorporate native modules when necessary.<br/><br/>- Drive initiatives to improve performance and enhance product usability.<br/><br/>- Guide the team in effectively performing key roles within the Agile methodology.<br/><br/>- Oversee bug identification and resolution processes.<br/><br/>- Manage the release process for applications on IOS and Google Play stores.<br/><br/>- AWS / Azure certifications in relevant areas are highly desirable.<br/><br/><b>Skills and Requirements : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of professional experience specifically with React Native.<br/><br/>- 10+ years of overall professional software development experience.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in JavaScript with the ability to write optimized and efficient code.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to write well-documented and easily readable code in JavaScript.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with managing third-party dependencies and resolving dependency conflicts.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of native build tools such as Xcode, Gradle, etc.<br/><br/>- Understanding of Offline Storage, REST APIs, and data request models.<br/><br/>- Experience in testing methodologies and tools including Jest, Detox, Cypress, etc.<br/><br/>- Proficient in unit testing with a focus on test-oriented separation of concerns.<br/><br/>- Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for product development and delivery.<br/><br/>- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.<br/><br/>- Understanding of Cloud platforms and their integration with React Native applications.<br/><br/><b>Education :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science or related field)</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
