<p><p><b>About the Opportunity : <br/></b><br/>We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead .NET to spearhead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using modern Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.<br/><br/>This is a leadership position for an engineer who can combine strong technical depth with architectural thinking and people management.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Angular/React, and Microservices architecture, along with proven skills in cloud deployment (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD automation.<br/><br/>This role offers the opportunity to guide engineering teams, define best practices, and influence the technical direction of scalable digital products used by global enterprises.<br/><br/><b>What Youll Do : </b><br/><br/>- Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.<br/><br/>- Architect, design, and implement microservices-based solutions leveraging cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.<br/><br/>- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and code quality.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver secure, high-performing solutions.<br/><br/>- Design and manage SQL-based data models, optimize queries, and ensure data consistency and scalability.<br/><br/>- Integrate frontend frameworks such as Angular or React for modern, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces.<br/><br/>- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment processes for faster and more reliable releases.<br/><br/>- Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across backend, frontend, and integration layers.<br/><br/>- Participate in architectural reviews, technology evaluations, and capacity planning.<br/><br/><b>What You Bring : </b><br/><br/>- 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.<br/><br/>- Strong experience in architecting and implementing microservices and distributed systems.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework such as Angular or React.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases, including performance tuning and stored procedure development.<br/><br/>- Experience with Azure or AWS for hosting, monitoring, and scaling cloud-native applications.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and containerization concepts (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).<br/><br/>- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities with experience managing small to mid-sized development teams.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.<br/><br/>- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in fast-paced, agile environments.<br/><br/>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architectures.<br/><br/>- Understanding of API Gateway, Service Mesh, and asynchronous messaging patterns.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) and caching mechanisms.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous quality practices</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
