<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> SRS-Dot Net REACT Technical Lead<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Pune<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 79 Years<br/><br/><b>Qualification : </b> BE/BTech, MCA, MTech<br/><br/><b>Role Overview : </b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (.NET + React) to oversee full-stack development, ensure high-quality deliverables, and guide a team through complex technical challenges.
The role requires close collaboration with onsite architects, adherence to coding standards, and a proactive approach to resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Review technical deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Collaborate with onsite architects on all architectural decisions and design adherence.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Maintain and enhance the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Provide quick, accurate resolutions to technical issues faced by the team.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve dependencies.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Conduct impact analysis and provide high-level effort estimations for change requests.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Establish and enforce technical guidelines for code review and version control.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Oversee build and release processes; ensure timely delivery for INT/QA/Prod deployments.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Review and guide code reviews done by other team leads.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Support the offshore team during IST hours for blocker issues.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Conduct workshops and support technical competency development within the team.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Ensure compliance with information security, GDPR, and data protection standards.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Guide team members in achieving 100% unit test coverage and effective hotfix handling.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Lead performance analysis and penetration testing risk resolution.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Promote use of tools such as SonarQube, SonarLint, and Resharper to minimize technical debt.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Ensure adherence to SEP process guidelines for all change requests.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Provide direction on Azure DevOps setup and CI/CD pipeline management.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern frameworks, security, and performance practices.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills Required : </b><br/><br/><b>Languages/Frameworks :</b> .NET Core, C#, Web API, ReactJS, Redux, Hooks, Entity Framework Core, Technologies : </b>HTML5, JQuery, Bootstrap, REST :</b> MS SQL Server, Entity :</b> Microservices, Cloud-based deployment :</b> Git or similar version control, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, SonarLint, :</b> Knowledge :</b> Performance tuning, security best practices (OWASP, CWE), and penetration testing mitigation</p><br/><br/><b>Key Competencies : </b><br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Excellent communication and documentation skills<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Leadership in guiding and mentoring technical teams<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Attention to detail in code quality and delivery<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Ability to work cross-functionally and across time zones</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
