This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive architectural decisions while actively contributing to product development.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Provide architectural guidance and establish technical best practices across the team<br/><br/> - Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability<br/><br/>- Bridge the gap between <b>backend and frontend</b> teams to ensure seamless integration<br/><br/>- Own work allocation, sprint planning, and tracking for the development team<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with the core product and design teams to define and implement new features<br/><br/>- Actively participate in development of complex features and system integrations<br/><br/>- Drive engineering excellence through mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing<br/><br/><b>Must-Have Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Strong experience in <b>Java (Spring Boot)</b><br/><br/>- Proficiency in <b>PostgreSQL / MySQL and Redis</b><br/><br/>- Hands-on with <b>Docker, Git, and modern DevOps workflows</b><br/><br/>- Solid understanding of <b>OOP, SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles</b><br/><br/>- Experience with <b>Unit testing (JUnit / TestNG)</b><br/><br/>- Familiarity with <b>OpenAPI (Swagger)</b><br/><br/>- Working knowledge of <b>Kafka / RabbitMQ</b><br/><br/>- Experience in <b>Agile/Scrum</b> environments<br/><br/>- Strong English communication skills (minimum B1+ level)<br/><br/><b>Good to Have :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with <b>Node.js, TypeScript</b><br/><br/>- Exposure to frontend frameworks like<b> React or Next.js</b><br/><br/>- Familiarity with <b>GitLab CI/CD pipelines</b></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
