<p><p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic <b>Technical Manager IT</b> with a strong background in supply chain systems and SaaS-based ERP platforms.
The candidate will lead a team of IT specialists responsible for managing enterprise applications across procurement, supply chain, analytics, and reporting functions.
This role requires a proven track record in leading end-to-end IT implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning IT solutions with business needs in a manufacturing environment.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead and manage IT teams to support enterprise applications across procurement, sourcing, contracts, supplier relationship management, supply chain, analytics, and reporting.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Drive end-to-end implementation of supply chain and ERP functional workstreams, from strategy to production delivery.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Transform Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives into enterprise-level solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, materials management, and finance teams to align IT capabilities with business and manufacturing operations.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Oversee roadmap planning, resource allocation, vendor management, and IT budgeting.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members, fostering innovation and efficiency.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Monitor system stability, performance, and integration with other business-critical systems.</p><br/><p><b>Technical Skills (Mandatory) : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, sourcing, and supplier relationship management.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with SaaS-based ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Expertise in enterprise application integration, API management, and middleware technologies.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management systems (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible) for deployment and automation.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong background in data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of IT security, compliance frameworks, and governance policies.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Exposure to manufacturing and EMS industry processes.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with workflow automation and RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies for IT project delivery.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.</p><br/><p><b>Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p><p><br/></p><p>- 915 years of IT experience, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in implementing and managing large-scale supply chain or ERP solutions.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
