<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities : <br/><br/>- Lead and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and QA engineers to design, build, and deliver product features.<br/><br/>- Own the technical architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and security of the applications.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and documentation.<br/><br/>- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure high-quality delivery within deadlines.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant.<br/><br/>- Facilitate career growth of team members through regular 1 : 1s, feedback, and skill development.<br/><br/>- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.<br/><br/> Requirements : <br/><br/>- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/>- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role.<br/><br/>- Expertise in full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js/Java/Python, REST/GraphQL APIs).<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).<br/><br/>- Proven track record of leading teams delivering complex software products.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, system design, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
