<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><br/><p>We are looking for a Technical Presales Architect to join our Presales & Solutioning team.
This role focuses on the technical dimension of presales bridging client needs with InApps delivery capabilities.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the CRO/Head of Presales, Delivery, and Technology teams to craft high-quality solutions, lead technical discussions with prospects, and support proposal development.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p>- Solution Design & Architecture :</p><br/><p>- Analyze RFPs/RFIs and client requirements to design optimal technical solutions leveraging InApps capabilities.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with Delivery and Practice Leads to define architecture, technology stacks, and integration strategies.</p><br/><p>- Technical Engagement with Prospects :</p><br/><p>- Lead deep-dive technical discussions, demos, and workshops with prospects to understand challenges and articulate solutions.</p><br/><p>- Present architectural approaches, frameworks, and design rationale to both technical and business stakeholders.</p><br/><p>- Proposal Development & Documentation:</p><br/><p>- Contribute to technical sections of proposals, including architecture diagrams, effort estimates, assumptions, and risk mitigation.</p><br/><p>- Support pricing discussions from a technical feasibility and effort standpoint.</p><br/><p>- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:</p><br/><p>- Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and delivery capabilities.</p><br/><p>- Contribute to reusable solution frameworks, case studies, and accelerators for future opportunities.</p><br/><p>- Market & Technology Awareness:</p><br/><p>- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to InApps service offerings.</p><br/><p>- Identify opportunities to incorporate modern technologies (AI, Cloud, Data, DevOps, etc.) in client proposals.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b></p><br/><p>- Experience: 1015 years in software architecture, solution design, or technical presales in an IT services environment.</p><br/><p>- Technical Expertise :</p><br/><p>- Strong knowledge of modern application architectures Cloud-native, Microservices, APIs, DevOps practices, and CI/CD.</p><br/><p>- Hands-on understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with frontend, backend, and data engineering technologies.</p><br/><p>- Presales & Communication Skills:</p><br/><p>- Proven ability to engage clients in technical conversations and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.</p><br/><p>- Strong documentation, presentation, and estimation skills.</p><br/><p><b>Collaborative Mindset :</b></p><br/><p>- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.</p><br/><p>- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities.</p><p><br/></p><p>Preferred Qualifications :</p><br/><br/><p>- Experience supporting U.S.-based or international clients in presales or solutioning roles.</p><br/><p>- Exposure to multiple domains such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.</p><br/><p>- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, etc.) are an added advantage.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
