60 Days.<br/><br/><b>Interview Process :</b> 4 Rounds.<br/><br/><b>Interview Mode :</b> Virtual Face-to-Face.<br/><br/><b>Interview Timeline :</b> 4 Weeks.<br/><br/><b>About The Role :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We're looking for a Technical Product Manager - AI Automation to lead the development of AI-driven SaaS products that automate complex business processes at scale.</p><p><br/>This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience delivering end-to-end AI products, deep technical fluency, and a passion for building intelligent automation platforms - either for internal service delivery or client-facing use cases.<br/><br/></p><p>You will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution while working cross-functionally with AI engineers, platform teams, and business Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI automation tools - from concept to launch and continuous iteration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define product vision and strategy for scalable automation solutions, aligning with business and client needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business requirements and technical possibilities into clear product specs and user stories.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and operations to ship high-quality releases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive product discovery and user research, identifying pain points and automation opportunities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish and monitor product KPIs such as automation rate, adoption, and cost/time savings.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prioritize product initiatives using data-driven frameworks to maximize customer and business value.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as the technical product owner in agile teams, ensuring clarity, speed, and excellence in Stack :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>You'll collaborate with technical teams working across the following tools and technologies :<br/><br/></p><p>- Languages & Frameworks : Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React), HTML/CSS.<br/><br/></p><p>- AI/ML Tooling : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face.<br/><br/></p><p>- LLM Frameworks : LangChain, LangGraph, prompt engineering libraries.<br/><br/></p><p>- Data Processing : SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), Spark, Flink.<br/><br/></p><p>- DevOps & Infra : Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Cloud Platforms : AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitoring & Observability : Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana.<br/><br/></p><p>- Security & Compliance : SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR-aware Youll Bring :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 3-4 years of product management experience, preferably in AI, automation, or SaaS platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of owning and launching AI-enabled products that deliver measurable business value.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of AI/ML systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience working with AI automation tools, either for internal service delivery or external client to Have :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience with service delivery platforms or business process automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with AI safety frameworks, explainability techniques, and ethical AI standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contributions to open-source projects or published work in AI tooling and automation.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
