<p><p><b>Job Description : Product Manager (Start-Up / Ground-Up Product) Bengaluru</b><br/><br/><b>Position title :</b> Product Manager<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Bengaluru, India<br/><br/><b>Reporting to :</b> Co-Founder / Business lead / CEO (depending on structure)<br/><br/><b>About the company :</b><br/><br/>You will join <b>BIGAIRLAB</b> (https ://www.bigairlab.com/) (part of the group of companies) at the pilot phase of our product journey.

We are a lean, high-growth technology & AI venture serving enterprise clients and also in consumer AI primarily in India/UAE/US and across the world.

As we transition from initial prototype/pilot to product scale-up, we need a hands-on product leader who has experience building products from the ground up, has a strong technical background, and can align a development team to deliver rapidly.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap in partnership with founders, stakeholders and the leadership team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Own end-to-end product lifecycle : from ideation, requirement gathering, MVP definition, development, launch, iteration and scale.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business requirements (from our group companies/clients) into clear product specification, user stories, prioritisation, backlog management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with the development team (engineering, QA, UI/UX) to ensure timely delivery of features, and continuously tune/enhance during the pilot phase.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define and monitor key product metrics / KPIs (usage, adoption, user feedback, performance) and drive product-market fit.<br/><br/></p><p>- Be comfortable working in a start-up environment : ambiguous environment, rapid changes, lean resources, multiple hats.<br/><br/></p><p>- Liaise with stakeholders (business owners, customer teams, operations, sales) to gather input, manage expectations and ensure alignment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide leadership to the product & development team : ensure clarity of roles, timelines, dependencies; drive agile processes (e.g., sprints, stand-ups, reviews).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure quality of delivery, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the product aligns with business goals (India + UAE context).<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage release plans, stakeholder communications, product documentation, and support go-to-market efforts where required.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications & Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent technical discipline (preferably from IIT, IIIT , NIT or central university/ research institute and so on, exceptional candidates with no tags are also welcome).<br/><br/></p><p>- MBA from TOP B-school is a Plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience (ideally 4-8 years) as a Product Manager or equivalent role, in one or more start-ups (preferably product-led start-ups, built from ground up).<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrable track record of taking a product from concept through pilot to launch and iteration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong technical literacy : able to engage with engineers, understand architecture/trade-offs, API/integration issues, product performance constraints.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (India & UAE context useful).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong prioritisation, agile process discipline, and ability to drive execution under ambiguity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Data-driven mindset : comfortable with analytics, user feedback loops, product metrics, experimentation A/B tests etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Startup mindset : resourceful, results-oriented, comfortable with changing priorities and wearing multiple hats.<br/><br/></p><p>- (Desirable) Experience with SaaS or AI-driven products, or enterprise-B2B solutions.
