If youre passionate about building impactful products and thrive in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment, wed love to have you on the Product Strategy & Vision:</b><br/><br/>- Understand customer needs and market trends: Translate customer & market needs into product capabilities and improvements that support the product strategy and overall vision.<br/><br/>- Define the product delivery roadmap: Prioritize features and functionalities for development, taking into account technical feasibility, market demand, and resource constraints.<br/><br/>- Communicate the product vision to stakeholders: Effectively articulate the value proposition of the product & capabilities to internal teams and external audiences.<br/><br/><b>Product Development & Execution:</b><br/><br/>- Work with engineering teams: Translate product requirements into technical specifications.

Work closely with developers & QA to ensure features are built to meet customer needs and business objectives.<br/><br/>- Manage the development ceremonies: Act as a product owner to enable continuous delivery by the engineering team.

Maintain a healthy backlog, monitor development progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely release & documentation of features & capabilities.<br/><br/>- Drive Product Quality: Provide clear functional and technical acceptance criteria & sign-off to ensure the product meets quality expectations.<br/><br/><b>Technical Expertise and Deep Salesforce Knowledge:</b><br/><br/>- Understand the Salesforce platform: Having a strong grasp of the Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, and limitations.<br/><br/>- Staying up-to-date with new Salesforce features and releases: Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving Salesforce landscape.<br/><br/>- Providing technical guidance: Combine Salesforce knowledge with a deep understanding of the Asymbl architecture in order to design and recommend scalable solutions.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration and Communication:</b><br/><br/>- Work Cross-functionally: Collaborate effectively with various teams within Asymbl to ensure successful product development and launch.<br/><br/>- Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about product progress, addressing their concerns, and managing expectations.<br/><br/>- Gather and incorporate user feedback: Actively seek feedback from users, stakeholders, and customers to continuously improve the product.<br/><br/>Additional responsibilities may include:<br/><br/>- Competitive analysis, pricing & packaging, marketing & sales support, and customer success & 5 years of industry experience in B2B SaaS with a strong preference given to staffing & recruiting.<br/><br/>- 2+ years of product management experience working on and leading cross-functional teams<br/><br/>- 3 years of working experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Digital Experience cloud platforms), including working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data model, and security/entitlements model<br/><br/>- Minimum Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder<br/><br/><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b><br/><br/>- A proactive personality, with a can-do attitude<br/><br/>- Excellent relationship-building skills<br/><br/>- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends.
