                         We are seeking a highly skilled, professional technical manager to join our dynamic and growing team.
In this position, you will oversee all technical matters companywide and manage our technical support team.
You will work collaboratively with clients/users, the development team, and various stakeholders within the company to ensure the delivery of all products in an efficient, timely manner.
   Responsibilities:  Provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in  Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production  Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements  Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects  Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget  Oversee user testing and report resultsadjust requirements as needed  Work closely with project manager during all phases of the development lifecycle  Review all work produced by the development team Work closely with data scientists and analysts to create and deploy new product features, Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses, model development, validation, and implementation Write efficient and well-organized software to ship products in an iterative, continual-release environment Contribute to and promote good software engineering practices across the teams  Conduct interviews, hire, and train new technical support/IT staff Requirements Requirements: Experience working with start-ups or with tech products Experience in running small development teams and recruiting technical staff Strategic thinker who is equally at home with detail and implementation Technical Skills / The Stack: Extensive experience in development, system architecture, solution design, leading our technical team and technical strategy Extensive experience in building full-stack web applications - Angular, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, etc Experience with GIT, AWS or GCP, setting up build pipeline, DevOps/CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes etc Experience implementing front-end frameworks using React.js/Angular Microservices Architecture & RESTful API development Security awareness, software engineering standards, and scalability.
 NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar Big-data technologies and ML algorithms  Good To Have: Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment Solid working knowledge in all required software and programming languages Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively   Behavioural Attributes:  Ability to manage timelines of multiple initiatives.
Very good attention to detail and the ability to always follow up.
Exceptional communication and reporting skills  Education and Experience:   Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related field  Minimum of 5 years experience in the Information Technology field  Minimum of 2 years experience in management Benefits - Apart from salary, you will have PF and Group Medical Insurance policy.
