What we are looking for:
- We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) based in India to support a strategic healthcare client.
In this role, you will work closely with a U.S.-based Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives for a healthcare payment provider.
You will coordinate efforts across multiple workstreams and products, bridging teams in the U.S. and India to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with a U.S. based TPM to drive end-to-end program delivery across global teams
- Lead coordination across multiple technical workstreams and product lines
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and operations teams to define roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies
- Track and report project status, milestones, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders in both geographies
- Oversee and manage project financials including forecasts, budgets, timesheets and burn rate tracking
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, retros, sprint planning) across distributed teams
- Ensure high-quality delivery by supporting QA and automation efforts; test automation experience is a strong plus
- Identify and remove blockers while ensuring alignment to client priorities and business goals
- Provide thought partnership and proactive communication to ensure project success
- Leveraging strong leadership & empathy skills to build lasting and effective relationships across all teams and levels
- From day one, employ strong self-starter skills; must be independent and comfortable navigating complex, ambiguous environments where there is frequent context switching; be ready to hit the ground running!
- Strong communicator who is experienced and comfortable with executive-facing presentations and correspondence
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management in a technical environment
- Proven experience managing distributed teams across time zones, particularly U.S. and India; comfortable with taking late meetings
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and follow all tasks through to completion
- Experience working with or for healthcare clients, preferably in the payments or insurance domain
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and financial performance
- Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation, team building and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities
- Experience with test automation programs or supporting QA teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and MS Project
- Bonus if familiar with tools like Katalon, Cypress, Jenkins,Team City, Bitbucket
- Bonus if familiar with solution design, Gherkin scripting and vetting test case quality
- Familiarity with enhancing QA processes using Artificial Intelligence.
