<p><p><b>Description :</b> Technical Program Manager 4 Offshore4.<br/><br/><b>Job Title :</b> Technical Program Manager.<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Karnataka, India (Remote).<br/><br/><b>Work Hours :</b> 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time (PST)/9 :30PM-5 :30AM(IST).<br/><br/><b>Contract Type :</b> 6-month Contractor-to-Hire.<br/><br/><b>No of positions :</b> 4.<br/><br/><b>About The Role :</b><br/><br/>- We are seeking experienced Technical Program Managers (TPgMs) to lead and execute complex, cross-functional programs in a remote capacity.<br/><br/>- Youll be working with global teams across time zones, driving program success through alignment, execution, and measurable impact.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Drive alignment and execution of strategic, high-stakes, cross-functional programs.<br/><br/>- Lead end-to-end program execution including risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.<br/><br/>- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, track progress, and provide timely program updates.<br/><br/>- Proactively identify and mitigate program risks.<br/><br/>- Improve processes and leverage metrics for transparency and performance.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.<br/><br/><b>Financial & Operational Expertise :</b><br/><br/>- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of CapEx vs OpEx and cost management principles.<br/><br/>- Vendor and contract management expertise.<br/><br/><b>Strategic & OKR Alignment :</b><br/><br/>- Translate business goals into clear, measurable OKRs.<br/><br/>- Monitor and report on performance metrics tied to strategic outcomes.<br/><br/>- Align program objectives with company-wide goals.<br/><br/><b>Technical & Tooling Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Proficient in tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheets, Tableau, and SQL.<br/><br/>- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with AppScript or automation tools.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, Google Cloud).<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/><b>Basic :</b><br/><br/>- 8+ years leading complex, global, cross-functional programs.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to build strong cross-team relationships.<br/><br/><b>Preferred :</b><br/><br/>- Strong communication and organizational skills.<br/><br/>- Experience delivering end-to-end programs from concept to launch.<br/><br/>- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and dashboards.<br/><br/>- Skilled in managing ambiguity and working independently.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
