<p><p>We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong development background and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a software developer, proficiency in one or more programming languages, and hands-on exposure to software delivery processes.
This is a leadership role that requires both technical insight and project management expertise.<br/><br/></p><p><b>What You Will Do :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business </p><p>requirements into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Own the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring Agile best practices are followed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Facilitate Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and demos.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve conflicts proactively.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee task breakdowns, sprint tracking, effort estimations, and timelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure alignment of technical design with business objectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor engineering progress using JIRA or equivalent Agile tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure integration of DevOps practices, testing strategies, and release Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.</p><p><br/></p>- 8 - 12 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a project management or Scrum Master role, and prior experience as a software developer.</p><p><br/>- Strong command over at least one programming language or framework (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and development pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification is mandatory.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong stakeholder communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
