Role Overview:
The Technical Program Manager will oversee and coordinate complex technical projects combining full-stack software development and AI assistant integrations.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions by managing cross-functional teams, driving program execution, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end program management of full-stack development projects involving frontend, backend, and AI assistant components.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, scope, and timelines, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals.
* Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across multiple teams.
* Drive integration and deployment of AI assistant technologies (chatbots, NLP, automation) to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
* Facilitate cross-team communication with stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and business leaders.
* Monitor program metrics and deliver regular status updates to senior leadership.
* Ensure technical quality, adherence to best development practices, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee testing, code reviews, and deployment processes for full-stack and AI-assisted solutions.
* Stay current with emerging technologies in full-stack development and AI to recommend and implement best practices.
* Mentor and support team members on technical and project execution challenges.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience managing full-stack software development projects with technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of AI assistants, chatbot platforms, natural language processing (NLP), or automation tools.
* Excellent program management skills with hands-on technical knowledge to coordinate complex projects.
* Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field; advanced certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master) preferred.
