<p><p>We are hiring an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale modernization and transformation programs in an Agile environment.
This role requires expertise in SAFe frameworks, program management, and stakeholder engagement.
The candidate will drive enterprise projects involving legacy modernization, re-platforming, and cloud migration.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Act as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe-aligned leader for Agile Release Trains (ARTs).<br/><br/></p><p>- Define program vision, roadmap, and strategy, aligning with organizational transformation </p><p>goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops for cross-functional </p><p>alignment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Guide teams in breaking down epics into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage backlogs, dependencies, release schedules, and cross-team synchronization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify, track, and resolve risks using SAFe tools like ROAM.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive Agile adoption, organizational change management, and continuous improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure delivery of solutions with high quality, compliance, and security standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Track and report progress using SAFe metrics (PI predictability, velocity, flow).</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Required Qualifications : </b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with legacy-to-modern migration (mainframes/monoliths ?
APIs/microservices).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and financial management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent leadership and team management skills.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Certifications : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- PMP / PRINCE2.<br/><br/></p><p>- SAFe Agilist (SA) / SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).<br/><br/></p><p>- ITIL, COBIT knowledge preferred.</p><br/><br/><p><b>Key Competencies : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Visionary leadership and decision-making.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong collaboration and conflict-resolution skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Adaptability to manage shifting priorities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Data-driven mindset for metrics-based project governance.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
