Technical Recruiter Job Opening In Anand – Now Hiring Prism Cloud Consulting Inc.


Job description

About the role:

We are looking for experienced Technical Recruiters to join our hiring panel on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end technical hiring across multiple technology domains and be confident in evaluating candidates through structured technical discussions and assessments.

You will work closely with our internal team and technical interviewers to help identify, evaluate, and onboard top-tier talent for our clients and internal requirements.

Skillsets you will recruit for:

You should have strong exposure to hiring in one or more of the following areas:

  • Full Stack Development (FSD)
  • Data Engineering
  • AI / Machine Learning (AI/ML)
  • DevOps & Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)
  • Frontend Development (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
  • Backend Development (Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, etc.)

Additional Hiring Exposure (preferred):

  • Data Science, Big Data, and Analytics roles
  • Cybersecurity and Network Engineering
  • QA / Automation Testing
  • ERP & CRM (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Product and Solution Architecture roles

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end technical recruitment — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.

  • Conduct initial technical screening discussions to assess candidate fit.

  • Collaborate with technical interviewers and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche technology positions.

  • Leverage job portals, , referrals, and networking for proactive candidate sourcing.

  • Maintain detailed recruitment metrics and candidate reports.

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
