We’re expanding our team and looking for passionate and experienced IT Recruiters who can take ownership and deliver excellence across various domains.


🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of various IT skills, emerging technologies, and hiring trends.
  • Hands-on expertise with C2H IT Recruitment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and Boolean search
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely closure.
  • Assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and reports for tracking and analysis.
