Position: Technical Recruiter (IT) for US Staffing

Location: Noida

Work Type: On-Site

Exp Level: 1 to 3 Years of Experience


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity in US Recruitment to work in a dynamic environment to grow the Career.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening with candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Post job openings on various job portals and platforms.

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Proactively source candidates to meet staffing requirements.

  • Manage and update candidate profiles and job postings within the applicant tracking system.

  • Should have worked both for w2 and c2c


Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment for US staffing.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.

  • IT background is an added advantage.
