We're looking for a technical recruiter to help us build a world-class engineering team.
You'll work directly with the founders to design our hiring engine and bring in people who write clean, maintainable code and thrive in async environments.
Responsibilities: 
- Own the full hiring cycle — from sourcing to closing 
- Build systems that assess not just skills, but mindset and fit 
- Create pipelines for engineers who solve real problems and write thoughtful code 
About you: 
- Have 3–5 yrs of technical recruiting experience (startup or agency) 
- Great at spotting red flags and hidden gems 
- Leverage AI, and build systems to move faster and design a hiring process that filters for long-term contributors 
- Understand what clean code and self-driven engineering looks like (even if you're not a coder)
