We are scaling our Core Tech desk across data, cloud, and integration.
As Lead Recruiter – Core Tech, you will own full-cycle recruiting for US clients and uplevel a pod to deliver faster with quality.
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for US roles in data engineering/analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.
- Convert vague job descriptions into clear, winnable requisitions via sharp discovery with Delivery/Account Executive/Hiring Manager.
- Build candidate pipelines through JobDiva, Recruiter, referrals, communities, meetups.
- Screen for technical fit and role outcomes; negotiate compensation/rates and close deals.
- Manage MSP/VMS submissions with speed and accuracy; prep candidates for interviews.
- Maintain pristine ATS hygiene; publish weekly progress dashboards.
- Mentor 1–2 recruiters/sourcers on search strategy and outreach quality.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years in US IT recruiting across data/cloud/integration; proven closures in at least two of: Snowflake/Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP, Salesforce/ServiceNow, Workato/MuleSoft/Boomi.
- Solid grasp of US tax/visa frameworks; fluent with VMS/MSP environments.
- Expert Boolean/X-ray and outbound; strong storytelling in outreach.
- Comfortable with client-facing intakes and partnering tightly with Delivery teams.
