Role: Senior US IT Recruiters

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India (ONSITE)

Duration: Full-time

Experience: We are seeking for 5+ years of Senior IT Technical Recruiter EXPERIENCE- Day one onsite


Role:

  • Looking for Sr. Technical Recruiter - US IT with 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing, international recruiting, perm and temp staffing, service delivery, and team handling.
  • Should be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including head hunting, sourcing, pre-screening, shortlisting, and candidate assessment for the US Market.

Requirement:

  • Hands-on Experience in End-to-End Recruitment Process across Various IT Technologies within the US market
  • Experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the Tax Terms - Full-time and contract positions (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
  • Should be able to work with direct/indirect clients.
  • Should be self-driven, creative, a box thinker, encouraging team learning and productivity that results in value-added customer service.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • The ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential.
  • Good Command of Spoken English.
