Job description

<p><b>Scope of the Role : </b><br/><br/>The scope of this role is to support the technical aspects of F&O.

This includes <br/><br/>- Printer management within Dynamics <br/><br/>- Batch jobs; creating and monitoring<br/><br/>- Workflows; creating and monitoring<br/><br/>- Data corrections<br/><br/>- Patch movements to multiple environments<br/><br/>Typical Accountabilities : As Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant is responsible for : <br/><br/>- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of technical requirements are captured<br/><br/>- Analysing requirements received from Business Process leads & key stakeholders to deliver required technical solution <br/><br/>- Providing technical support for D365 F&O platform<br/><br/>- Understanding business needs, determine best technical solution and leverage on default D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectives<br/><br/>- Support testing activities and training end users if required<br/><br/>- Assisting with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom / 3rd party applications as required<br/><br/>- Ensuring MS standards are followed, and system is configured optimally for performance<br/><br/>- Maintaining, managing and supporting D365 application post implementation<br/><br/>- Managing version control for custom code, builds, releases and deployment<br/><br/>- Work closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions<br/><br/>- Developing quality documentation as per industry standards<br/><br/>- Manage and maintain security roles and user access management<br/><br/>- Support DRA, Printer and scanner related requirements<br/><br/>- Create, Manage and maintain workflows<br/><br/>- Create, manage, maintain and monitor batch jobs<br/><br/><b>Key words : </b><br/><br/>- Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, or D365 F&O<br/><br/>- D365 Support experience<br/><br/>- Understanding of printers, hand held scanners and F&O as a Cloud hosted application<br/><br/>- Must have good knowledge of F&O<br/><br/>- Must have worked in a similar role<br/><br/>- Liaise with internal teams and external.<br/><br/>- Previous experience working in a project team.<br/><br/>- An aptitude for creative problem-solving.

<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently under general supervision with direction given in terms of broadly stated objectives and desired outcomes.<br/><br/>- Customer-focused with demonstrated ability to interact and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.<br/><br/>- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills<br/><br/>- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a Global and Dynamic environment<br/><br/>- Results driven, works in a highly ethical and professional manner<br/><br/>- Good team player with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
