<p>Role : Tech Support for ERP (BLISS), other Web and mobile Apps<br/><br/>Job Summary : <br/><br/>The Executive - Tech Support is primarily responsible for providing technical support for the BLISS and other web applications developed by BSS ICT.

This role involves ensuring seamless user experiences, troubleshooting ERP-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and functionality.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities : <br/><br/>- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the BLISS, addressing user-reported issues promptly.<br/><br/>- Conduct testing and quality assurance for the ERP and mobile applications to ensure high standards of performance and security.<br/><br/>- Maintain communication with users to provide training and support for the ERP system and mobile applications.<br/><br/>- Document technical processes, support procedures, and application functionalities for future reference.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations for ERP and mobile development.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements for both the ERP and mobile applications.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience in mobile applications.<br/><br/>- Ensure all development and support activities comply with applicable regulations and best practices.<br/><br/>KPIs : <br/><br/>Goals : <br/><br/>- Timely resolution of technical support issues related to the BLISS <br/><br/>- User satisfaction with the ERP system and mobile applications<br/><br/>- Adherence to project timelines and deliverables <br/><br/>- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams <br/><br/>- Documentation and knowledge sharing <br/><br/>- Implementation of security best practices <br/><br/>- Continuous improvement of application performance <br/><br/>- Contribution to team development and knowledge sharing <br/><br/>- Successful training and support for end users <br/><br/>Competencies : <br/><br/>- Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of BLISS and other ERPs.<br/><br/>- Problem Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.<br/><br/>- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication for user training and support.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
