Working Days - Fixed 5 Days (Rotational shift)
Timings: - 10:00 am to 07:00 pm PST (US Night Shift).
Experience: Minimum 8+ years
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support services to customers and internal staff.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Resolving complex problems related to applications, networks, and systems.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
- Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network and system issues.
- Performing system backups and restores.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting system errors.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
Candidate Requirements:
▪ Must be aware of Microsoft technologies such as AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, Terminal Server, and application servers.
▪ Must know common networking concepts like IP addressing, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, MAN, WAN, SSH, Telnet, Firewall, Printer, etc.
▪ Must know Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and other hardware.
Should be aware of backup & restore technologies, Types of backups, online & offline backup, Server & Client patching, patch management, Windows update, upgrade & downgrade, Software upgrade & downgrade, etc.
▪ Should be aware of system monitor, network monitor, Remote access management, generating & managing reports, MDM Reports, inventory report, A/V reports, Risk intelligence reports, etc.
▪ Should know IT processes, Ticket management, and SolarWinds console management.
Remote management tool, etc.
▪ Knowledge of network technologies (i.e., routers, switches, network, and routing protocols, DNS/DHCP)
▪ Knowledge & experience of troubleshooting for O365 admin, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD.
For desktop experience with Outlook, Excel, Teams, and mapped drives, Windows 10/11.
