<p><p>As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, clear, and comprehensive technical documentation for our cloud-based solutions.<br/><br/> You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create content that meets the needs of both technical and non-technical users.<br/><br/> Your documentation will play a vital role in enabling our customers to understand, implement, and get the most out of our SaaS platform.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Create, maintain, and update clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, and support) to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write and organize content that simplifies complex technical concepts for both technical and </p><p>non-technical audiences.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with engineers to understand new features and products, ensuring that documentation </p><p>is aligned with the latest platform capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain style guides and documentation standards to ensure consistency and quality across all materials.<br/><br/></p><p>- Review and edit technical content created by other team members to ensure clarity, </p><p>consistency, and correctness.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously improve the documentation process by suggesting and implementing best </p><p>practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in feedback cycles with customers and internal teams to understand their </p><p>documentation needs and continuously enhance the user experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date with the latest product versions and Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 3+ years of experience as a technical writer, with a focus on cloud technology or SaaS </p><p>companies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience writing technical documentation for cloud-based software/ APIs, and </p><p>developer tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex </p><p>technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce error-free, well-structured </p><p>documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and translate complex information into </p><p>easy-to-understand content.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, GitHub, and Markdown.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with agile software development and working in cross-functional team.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
